We created hotelmol (Roomie) because we saw how the industry loses millions on missed calls and human error. We believe that administrators should care for guests, while AI should handle the routine.
Our agents fully accompany the guest both before check-in and during their stay, and even tell them about new features in the hotel and offer good discounts to regular guests after check-out so they return to you again.
Our list of agents also includes voice assistants who solve quick questions over the phone or can make a booking.
