Welcome to hotelmol. By using our AI guest communication platform (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Service Description
hotelmol provides an AI-powered platform for automating hotel guest communications. Our service, Roomie, uses artificial intelligence to handle guest inquiries, manage bookings, and personalize interactions.
2. Use License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Service in accordance with these Terms. You may not: copy, modify, or distribute our software; reverse engineer or decompile our code; use the Service for illegal purposes; or resell or sublicense our Service without written permission.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to: provide accurate account information; maintain the security of your account credentials; promptly notify us of any unauthorized use; comply with all applicable laws and regulations; use the Service only for lawful business purposes.
4. Payment and Subscriptions
Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Refunds are provided in accordance with our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
5. Intellectual Property
hotelmol retains all rights to our platform, technology, and brand. You retain ownership of your customer data. We may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve our services.
6. Privacy and Data Security
We process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.
7. Warranties and Limitations of Liability
Our Service is provided "as is" without any warranties. We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days' notice. We may immediately suspend your account for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, we will delete your data in accordance with our retention policy.
9. Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in San Francisco, California, under AAA rules.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will take effect 30 days after notice. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
