What is Roomie AI and how does it help the hotel?
Roomie AI is an intelligent assistant that handles guest communication 24/7. The system automates answers to repetitive questions, helps with bookings, and suggests additional services. This relieves the reception and increases direct sales via the website and messengers.
What languages does Roomie AI speak?
The system is fully multilingual. AI automatically detects the guest's language and replies in it, ensuring comfortable communication without language barriers.
Are there discounts for long-term payments?
Yes, you save 20% with an annual contract. Also, if you represent a hotel chain or group, we offer special conditions approved individually. In the worst case, you get an additional 10% discount on top of the selected plan cost.
What happens if I run out of message credits?
The system will not stop working. Upon exceeding the limit (1500 or 3000 messages), the account automatically switches to Pay-as-you-go pricing at $0.05 per message until the end of the billing month.

Data security is our priority. We use encrypted data transfer protocols (SSL/TLS) and work via official APIs. The system requests only the minimum necessary information to process the request, ensuring the confidentiality of guests' personal data.
What if the AI doesn't know the answer to a complex request?
The system features a hybrid operation mode. If the AI encounters a non-standard situation, it instantly transfers the dialogue to human administrator who can continue the conversation in the same chat window.
